Dan Vana

Dan was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1989 and has since been admitted to practice in the US District Court (Western, Southern and Northern Districts of Texas) and US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Dan attended the University of Houston (BS, cum laude, 1986, and JD, 1989) and is a Member of the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, San Antonio Bar Foundation, Texas Bar Foundation, and The Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit. With the San Antonio Bar Association, he was a Director (2011-2013), Past-Chair of the District Courts Committee (2008 to 2011) and Past-Chair and Officer of the Litigation Section (2006 to 2010)

Over the years, Dan authored or contributed to various publications for San Antonio Lawyer magazine, the monthly Subpoena newsletter and the Bar in general, including the Bench Book of Bexar County, 1st Edition; Guide to the Civil District Courts of Bexar County; and Jury Selection and Voir Dire Examination in Civil District Courts of Bexar County. He is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated in Martindale-Hubbell®.
